Rental Policies

MUSIC POLICY FOR ALL OF OUR PROPERTIES

Outdoor noise is becoming a main concern in the Dominican Republic in general, and
in our community.

Our guests MUST follow the following rules:
1) No DJs or orchestrated music is allowed.
2) Music shall not be played loud or amplified at any volume and should be
contained within the property boundaries.
3) The music on the pool deck and other open areas must be cut off from
ambiance level to personal level from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.
4) Our security guard or property personnel oversees regulating the music (sound) levels. If the
music noise is heard beyond the property boundaries, the security guard
will ask you to lower the volume.
5) If a guest is not following our noise ordinance rules, we
regretfully may ask the guest to leave the property.
6) Police may be called by the neighbors if these rules are not followed and
the client may be subject to a fine.
7) The person responsible for the reservation (group leader) MUST sign a music
policy upon arrival at any of our properties. By signing this policy, the client acknowledges that they have
read and agreed with the above rules.

We are music lovers but we take seriously the acoustic contamination of our beautiful island and firmly believe that enjoyment is possible without disturbing the peace of others. We respectfully ask our clients to assist us in enforcing these rules.
