Villa Clarissa V is a luxury villa in the heart of Las Terrenas within walking distance to Playa Las Ballenas, Pueblo Los Pescadores, and many restaurants.
Playa Las Ballenas is the most beautiful and quiet place in the western part of the resort town of Las Terrenas in the north of the Dominican Republic. You are also able to walk to the center of the town from the villa.
The Pueblo de Los Pescadores (Fishermen’s Village), a row of casitas that once housed fishermen, is now a cluster of charming restaurants and bars a stone’s throw from the water’s edge; most boast beachfront open-air decks. It is not more than ten minutes’ walking distance from Villa Clarissa V.
The villa accommodates nine adults and one child. The villa is fully equipped giving you the comfort that you deserve during your vacation in Las Terrenas.
We offer two master suites each with a full bath, fan, and air conditioning! You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private pool, built-in grill barbecue, gazebo/eating area, Wi-fi, Cable, and access to a Netflix account. Cleaning services are offered as part of your reservation four days per week. There is an inverter for electricity backup, a water heater, an alarm, a pool fence if requested, and much more.
Our property is private, exclusively for your use, and fully gated and fenced. A security guard is present during the evening hours.
There is a Master Suite on the first level with a full bathroom and a king bed. There is a second bedroom on the first level with a queen bed and a full bathroom. There is a third bedroom on the second level with two twin beds and a bunk bed, the top bed is suitable for a child. There is an independent suite inside the property; the master suite 2, with a Queen bed, full bathroom, walking closet, and a flat T.V.
The eating area is outdoors but fully screened and the dining table sits twelve. We have a private pool, an outdoor cabana bathroom, and an outdoor setting for your comfort.
We offer massage and cooking as optional services, once your reservation is confirmed we will provide you with additional details.

Dulce, our senior cook, has vast experience in typical and international dishes. Our clients describe her cooking abilities as unique and as one of the most enjoyable experiences of their vacations. If she is not present for your service one of the alternative cooks will be presented and discussed with you to make sure that your needs will be met to your satisfaction.
Roselande is in charge of the cleaning services and she is taking care of cleaning the property to the best of her abilities so it is in optimal conditions at your arrival.
The villa is located in Las Terrenas, a resort town on the Samaná Peninsula, in the northeastern part of the Dominican Republic. The city is known for its beaches including Las Ballenas Beach that has two 2 kilometers of golden sandy beach shaded by coconut trees. Las Ballenas is
five minutes walking distance from Villa Clarissa. Bars and restaurants, many with open-air seating, line the strip of Pueblo de los Pescadores near the water and are also within walking distance.
In addition to the accommodations we offer Wi-fi, Smart T.V., a fully equipped kitchen, charcoal grill, an outdoor pool with optional fencing, a fenced patio, a security guard during the evenings, cleaning four times per week, electricity except for the ac's. Concierge Services such as cooking and massages within the comfort of the villa are available for an additional fee. You will have the support of a house manager for any issues arising during your stay at the property.
The closest supermarkets Lindo and Pola are at a thirty minutes walking distance. They will deliver your groceries for a minimal fee. Taxi services are within walking distance from the villa.
Yes you can, select the dates of your choice at the calendar and send us a request via email to book your reservation at [email protected]. If the days are available you can proceed with your booking. There will be a $300.00 security deposit reimbursable if no damages collected at the time of your reservation.
You will save AIRBNB booking fees but a payment via zelle, venmo or bank transfer will be required.
You can cancel your reservation at no additional fees besides the transaction charges at any time four weeks prior to your check in if you book the reservation directly with us on this site. There will be a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel two weeks prior to your reservation. There is no reimbursement if you cancel within two weeks of your check in date.
Yes, you can send us an email at [email protected] requesting an invoice and indicating the specific dates and number of people on your reservation. We will send you a quote with a breakdown of the charges and instructions on how to pay via zelle or via bank transfer.

The property is located on a gated community about 150 meters from Playa Las Ballenas. The property itself is fully fenced. There is as security guard during the evenings for the villa.
You can rent a car and pick it up at the airport. You can also request a taxi service that will pick you up at the airport and do any additional trips upon request. If you are in need of a taxi service please send us a request on the concierge services if you already have a reservation with us.
El Catey Internatioal Airport is thirty minutes from Villa Clarissa V.
Santo Domingo International Airport is two and a half hours from Las Terrenas.
Santiago International Airport is three hours from Las Terrenas.
Once your reservation is completed we will send you instructions to review the different cook packages options. We will confirm the availability of the cook and provide you with instructions for the payment for the service.
You then will proceed to select the menu for your first meals or all the meals during your stay.
The cook if desired will buy the groceries and you will reimburse for the cost of the ingredients upon getting the receipts.
This is a very popular service and will greatly improve the quality and satisfaction of your vacation.
