Villa Lomamar is located in the beautiful city of Las Terrenas, a town on the northeast coast of the Dominican Republic, located in the province of Samaná. It is known for its scenic landscapes, white-sand beaches, and clear waters.
It is a luxury 6-bedroom villa with a capacity for 14 adults and one child. It has breathtaking ocean and mountain views! Five bedrooms have private baths. All bedrooms include optional A/C, refrigerator, a safe, and Wi-Fi. The property has a gourmet kitchen! Three bedrooms (Coson, Ballenabases, and Seabreeze Suites) have king-size beds (each of these three bedrooms include an individual futon bed. Two bedrooms (Bonita and Portillo Suites) have queen size beds. The sixth bedroom (Moron), has a bunk bed (one bed on top of the other) and it is not possible to separate them. Please see the pictures for details. The Moron suite shares a bathroom with the Seabreeze Suite, however, each of the rooms has its own separate entrances (Moron / Seabreeze Suites are very much suitable for a family of 4 or 5 since they share a bathroom). All other suites have private bathrooms. The pool deck has also an outdoor shower and a toilet.
There are two large TVs (Smart TVs connected to Wi-Fi) on the premises. There are several large and small outdoor tables and stations at the pool level. A large gazebo (40 feet x 30 feet) equipped with outdoor seating is located near the pool. Next to the kitchen, our open dining room is equipped with a 12-person dining table.
Guests will have access to all the property areas privately. The property has 4 gates.
A security guard is on duty during the evenings. Cleaning services and staff on the premises are included.
Chef (cook services) and massages are optional as part of our concierge services. additional fees apply.

Music is allowed but the volume cannot disturb the neighbors. The person responsible for the reservation (group leader) must complete our Music / Noise Policy Agreement before entering the property. Although we want our guests to enjoy their choice of music, we will restrictedly enforce our music policy. Excess noise in open areas (pool deck) and loud music are prohibited.

Dulce, our senior cook, has vast experience in typical and international dishes. Our clients describe her cooking abilities as unique and as one of the most enjoyable experiences of their vacations. If she is not present for your service one of the alternative options will be presented and discussed with you to make sure that your needs will be met to your satisfaction.
You are welcome to pay on this site with a credit card or you can send us a reservation request to pay via bank transfer or zelle.
The villa has a capacity of fifteen guest including children and infants.
Check in is at 11:00 a.m. and check out is at 3:00 p.m.
We can only accommodate early check in or late check outs if an additional night is paid.
At times based on availability and no check in or check out by other guest the same day we are able to accommodate a slight variation of the regular times. We however are not able to confirm until a day prior to your reservation as it is all based on other reservations.
You are free to cancel free of charge up to thirty days before your check in. You will be refund fifty percent if the cancelation takes places between 2-4 weeks before your arrival. There are no refunds for cancelations within two weeks or your arrival as it will not be likely that we will be able to accommodate on the dates originally blocked by your reservation.
You will be responsible of paying the cost of the electricity consumption in its totality if your reservation is for less than four nights and for the AC's only if your reservation is for less than four nights.
The cook services and massages services at the villa are extremely popular. These are optional services and we recommend that you request them as early as possible as they are on demand and based on availability of the cook and the technician.
Any automobile will be able to reach our property. The road is fully paved. The distance between the highway and the house is less than five minutes. The road is narrow and at times you will need to reverse to give access to others.
Villa Lomamar is seven minutes via car to Playa Coson and the restaurants of the area. Playa Bonita is a ten minute drive from our property. Other beaches and restaurants as Playa Las Ballenas, Punta Poppy and Portillo are about fifteen to twenty minute drive from our property.
Our property is fully fenced, well lighted and with security cameras on the outdoors.
There is staff on the premises at all times and there is a security guard during the evenings seven days per week.
Aeropuerto International El Catey is twenty minutes by car from our property.
Aeropuerto International Las Americas is a two hour drive from Santo Domingo to Las Terrenas.
Santiago International Airport is a three hour drive from Santiago to Las Terrenas.
We recommend that you book your flight in the daytime to avoid night driving.
You can rent a car at the airport or you can request a taxi service that will pick you up at the airport and continue to do trips upon your request during your stay in Las Terrenas. Send a request under our concierge services if you already have a scheduled reservation with us.
